Color Hunt uses Apple’s Standard EULA. The App is licensed, not sold. The official Apple agreement linked below is the controlling end-user license for the App.
Apple Standard EULA
Your license to use Color Hunt on an Apple device is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The Apple-hosted text is authoritative and may be updated by Apple. This page does not replace or reproduce that agreement.
Supplemental Color Hunt terms
The following documents supplement the Apple Standard EULA without reducing rights Apple or mandatory law gives you:
- the Color Hunt Terms of Use, which cover User Content, acceptable use, Color Hunt Pro subscriptions, service availability, and disputes; and
- the Color Hunt Privacy Policy, which explains permissions, on-device content, providers, retention, and privacy choices.
If a Color Hunt term conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA in a matter governed by Apple’s agreement, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
Licensor and support
Color Hunt is licensed and operated by Oğuzhan Kayan in Silivri, İstanbul, Türkiye. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Color Hunt beyond any responsibility that cannot be excluded under the Apple Standard EULA or applicable law.
