End User License Agreement

Color Hunt is licensed, not sold. Your use of the Color Hunt app on Apple devices is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA") together with the supplemental terms below.

Apple Standard EULA

By installing or using Color Hunt on an Apple device you agree to the Apple Standard EULA.

Supplemental terms

• The license granted is non‑transferable and limited to use on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store usage rules.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• You retain ownership of your photos and other content you create in the App. See our Terms of Use for the limited license you grant Color Hunt to operate the service.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See our Terms of Use for disclaimers and limitations of liability.
• Where these supplemental terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA in the context of App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA governs to the extent required.
